Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy Overview for Point of Sale Corner LLC ("we" and "us") is the operator of ( ("Website"). By placing an order to US via anyway (electronic data transfer, phone, email) means you will be agreeing to the terms stated herein. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Ground Shipping is FREE! And we have no order minimums. Expedited shipping services will be charged for. We process and ship most orders same day (order must be received by 4 PM Eastern, excluding weekends). We can usually have your standard Ground shipments delivered to you within 2-4 days of order date. With abundant product inventories in multiple warehouses on the East and West coast of the USA, you should never have to wait more than just a few days to receive your order. In the event an item is delayed, we will notify you immediately.

*Orders shipping to AK and HI will generally ship FedEx 2-day service by default.

*We do not ship to PO Boxes, freight forwarding companies , office rental space addresses, or any address we cannot properly verify.

*We reserves the right to assess special handling or additional shipping charges including (but not limited to) for expedited shipment, orders with a combined weight over 100lbs, drop shipment direct from mfg, and additional courier service and package re-route requests, for example. Additional charges may be added to the invoice for such shipments if applicable.

1. General Order Fulfillment

We do our very best to 100% fulfill every order we receive; however, on occasion there may be a stock discrepancy or item not available, and we will not be able to fulfill all order items at time of shipment. In this instance, we will ship all of the available products on the order and contact you regarding whether you would prefer to wait for restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund. In cases when we do not have a firm ETA for a product to be stocked again, we will automatically cancel the item form an order and issue a full refund to the payment type used at time of purchase.

2. Shipping Costs

Most orders ship FREE standard Ground service (with no minimum order amount) via FedEx or UPS within the continental USA only. All orders shipping to AK, HI and PR will ship 2 day service by default for an additional shipping fee. Any order requiring expedited shipping such as overnight or 2 day service, additional shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

*Any order with a combined weight of over 100lbs may be subject to additional shipping fees. This circumstance usually applies to orders with multiple cases of receipt paper, for example.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

Point of Sale Corner LLC will happily accept returns due to change of mind providing a request to return is received by us within 20 days from date of order, and product is still in original packaging, unused and in new-like condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to payment method used at time of purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. 3.2 Warranty Returns

Point of Sale Corner LLC will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 20 days of receipt of item(s). Customers will be required to pre-pay any replacement item sent, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim/receipt of defective/damaged unit.

Upon return receipt of item(s) for warranty claim, Point of Sale Corner LLC will process your warranty claim within 14 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive a refund to your payment method for replacement item sent.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 4 days

4.2 Transit time Internationally

We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

4.3 Weekend Delivery

Orders are not generally delivered on a weekend. Delivery for most orders is Monday to Friday. If you require special weekend (Saturday delivery) please contact before placing your order.

4.4 Order Cut-Off Time

Most orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern time will be ship the same day, otherwise, by the next business day. Our warehouse operates from Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. Any and all order delays will be conveyed to the customer by us via email or phone correspondence.

4.5 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we need to be informed ASAP because most orders are processed immediately upon receipt. We cannot guarantee we can change a delivery address after an order is placed with us, but we will do everything we can to make it happen.

4.6 P.O. Box Shipping

Point of Sale Corner LLC will not ship to P.O. box addresses, and we are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

4.7 Military Address Shipping

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services. Additional shipping fees may apply.

4.8 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order. We will notify you of this via email or phone.

4.9 Delivery Time Exceeded

If product delivery time has exceeded the forecasted or expected ETA, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation

4.10 Same Day Shipping

Most orders ship same day providing the order is placed before 4:00 PM Eastern and the products is in stock.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon order shipment, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. Tracking numbers are normally sent the following day an order is placed, except weekends.

6. Order Damaged In Transit

If you find a package is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

7. Duties & Taxes

Sales tax is applied for OH, CA, and MD by default. Depending on which of our warehouses ships product, an order shipping to the following states may also be subject to sales tax for: CT, HI, IL, LA, MA. We will contact you after your order is submitted and notify you what the exact sales tax amount will be if applicable.

All MS Cash Drawer products are subject to sales tax for the following states: CA, CT, FL, IL, LA, MD, RI, TN, WA.

8. Cancellations

If you want to fully cancel your order after it is placed, please contact us ASAP. We cannot guarantee an order cancellation after it has been submitted; however, we will try our best. If an order cannot be stopped from shipping, then customer should refuse delivery from the courier.

9. Insurance

Orders are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

10. Process for Order Damaged In-Transit

Please contact us within 14 days of date of order to report damage during shipping and file a claim, The sooner we are made aware of shipping damage, the sooner we can resolve the matter. If you notice any serious damage to the box your order shipped in, if possible, refuse delivery from the courier.

11. Process for Order Lost In-Transit

We will send a replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

12. ​Changes to Terms

Point of Sale Corner LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which products and services are offered.
