Return & Refund Policy

*Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt: inspect for freight damage and test your equipment as soon as possible to ensure system compatibly and unit functionality.

We will accept a return for any reason providing the item is unused and return request is made within 20 days from date of purchase. Once we receive the returned item, Point of Sale Corner LLC will then give a full refund (excluding shipping charges if applicable). A restocking fee may also be required on some returns.

Customer is responsible for item return shipping fees.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items, accessories (cables, adapters) and media products (receipt paper, labels, ribbons) are not eligible for a return.

Point of Sale Corner LLC will not issue refunds for any products not purchased from us. We will inspect the serial number of the returned item to ensure it matches the serial number of the item sent to the customer.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in ALL original packaging and in like new condition or may not be eligible for refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable shipping service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back. If an item is returned to the customer, we will send an email detailing our reason(s) why we denied the return request with accompanying photographs of any issue(s) found with the returned item(s) upon inspection. *All returned items will be thoroughly inspected.

To request a return, simply email or call 206-728-6099 (have your order # handy) and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us with return shipping instructions and return address. Please note that issuance of a RMA # is required to return an item. Any item returned to us without an authorized RMA # will be automatically denied and returned to sender.

Defective/Damaged (DOA) Item Returns: For any item received that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will send you a replacement unit ASAP and issue you a return shipping label so the defective/damaged unit can be sent back at no charge to you. Please note that we are unable to accept defective/damaged product return claims after 14 days from date of purchase.

Point of Sale Corner LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which sites controlled by US is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. We encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
